When does the six-month warranty period begin?
The warranty period officially starts on the date the machine is shipped from our facility (Bill of Lading date).
What specific warranty is included with the purchase of a used machine (Excavator, Bulldozer, Crane, etc.)?
We offer a Six (6) Month Warranty that strictly covers the Three Major Components: the Engine, the Transmission/Gearbox, and the Main Hydraulic Pump.
What about your after sales?
Our technicians can provide remote guidance and spare parts delivery.
