Does the warranty cover any type of failure that might occur?
No. The warranty specifically covers defects caused by non-human factors (e.g., normal wear and tear or material/assembly defects). It does not cover failures due to misuse, operator error, lack of maintenance, or accidental damage.
What does the term "Three Major Components" cover on the machinery?
It covers internal mechanical failures of the engine, transmission, and main pump—the core systems necessary for the machine's primary function.
Why is the price of your machinery different?
The price will fluctuate according to changes in the market in China.
How do the customers make a machine checking?
Most of our customers choose to open a video call or connect a third part inspection company to inspect the machines.
Also if you want to inspect by yourself, we can send our company invitation and arrange everything ready for your journey in China.
How about the quality of your machines?
All our machines are in good working condition, and we provide sales-service.
How about the deliver time?
Conventional products: 5-10 working days after receiving deposit.
Customized products: 10-25 working days after confirmed all details and received deposit.
